Personal 1-on-1 Training Sessions
Individual sessions scheduled with Coach Pete. Coach will create an individualized training plan based on the athlete's goals. The athlete will meet with Coach Pete individually each session. Each session is 1.5 hours Example 1: A football or soccer player looking to improve speed and agility. Coach Pete will tailor a program to cater to those goals Example 2: A high school runner who is trying to improve mechanics and build off of their current high school training program to focus on their individual performance and goals. |
Small Group Training Sessions
Small group sessions scheduled with Coach Pete. Coach will create an individualized training plan for each athlete based on the athlete's goals. The athlete will meet with Coach Pete in a small group up to 7 athlete's in each session. Each session is 1.5 hours. Example 1: A group of soccer/football players looking to improve their speed or endurance. Coach Pete will tailor a program to help them improve in the areas they want to focus on. Example 2: A group of high school/middle school runners who are trying to build off of their current high school training program but want to take it to the next level. |
Personalized Training Programs
For those athletes who might not live local to the area or don't have the time for in-person sessions but want a detailed plan on what they can do to improve as an athlete. This will include a single weekly video/phone call with Coach Pete.

About coach pete
Coach Pete is the Founder & Program Director of the New England Elite Track Club. For the past 10 years Coach Pete has built a strong running program in the New England area. He has coached multiple athletes to national championship titles, as well as many All-American titles in the youth arena. Working with Coach Pete through middle school & high school has helped athletes successfully transition to Division I college programs. With over 10 years experience and being an athlete himself, he has a vast area of knowledge for speed development, middle distance running, and has worked on personalized training programs to focus on individual needs and goals.
